How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Orangeothers Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Orangeothers Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that is unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly and keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though. Orangeothers Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@orangeothers.property. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go outside our process. Options include your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
